Dear National Board Of Canada

Please, provide this writer with a clear, written interpretation of your authority to undertake decision-making on matters of natural resources of Crown Canada energy development in the absence of evident political jurisdiction to so do; namely, within the precepts of "custom and tradition" as undertaken by the Constitutional Monarch Elizabeth II; to protect and preserve all customs and traditions, in justice and mercy so help her God; noting the standing interpretations regarding evident breaches of the Coronation Oath.

To paraphrase the above paragraph : "Where no evident binding political treaty ceding original indigenous peoples absolute governance jurisdiction to Crown Canada exists; then, under what claim of just and prevailing political authority does the National Energy Board (NEB) exercise jurisdiction to regulate natural resource development and exploitation (including, but not limited to pipelines) within the claimed parameters of Elizabeth II right ?"
