EXPECTATION : Since 1960 : The 1990 Ontario 3 x 30-Mwe Allocations under the RFP established the reasonable expectations of the SVS-IHHI labour intensive employment, closed-loop electric power production; and, the carbon capture + medicinal / herbal Bio-Cell productions; as well as the R&D Centre new technologies, patents, copyrights and sales shall have produced revenues and accumulated interest equivalent to $1B.
In North America, these SVS-IHHI projects will attract 600 x $9B immigration investments into these closed-loop private institutions; that are centered upon providing quality medical care to international-need-of-care clients.
These SVS-IHHI projects are self-sustaining, private cities provide the Cpi governance regimes that will facilitate the cautious, global transition from capitalism-focused commerce and trade into the more general interest principles of societal-economic-environmental Mother Earth stewardship through the For-Profit Humanitarian templates; as originally recognized within the business platforms of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma as they structured their (US President Clinton endorsed) 1993 financial institution - and, of which SQYX retains the irrevocable right to establish the international branch divisions (i.e., Kwa'mutsun Nation State's STT PHT).
The SVS-IHHI projects facilitate these transitional events through venues that are located outside of the prevailing population centres. Each SVS-IHHI project is a 30,000 population private city. And, this provides the impetus for the 20 million immigration citizens to enter into the territories north of the 49th parallel.
The focus of these SVS-IHHI is to provide the evolution of the green energy self-sustaining population centres; and, therein, not adversely impacting on the fossil fuel reliant populace and the domestic GDP. Therefore, the new revenue streams will be vested through these STT PHT centres (real estate, insurance, lending and interest accumulation portfolios via the For-Profit Humanitarian doctrines).
Nutrition and health care is the integral fulcrum principles endorsed by the SVS-IHHI centres. Universal education, career planning; and, job training are the core operating principles.
These doctrines, as above have been formulated through the planning and input of professional persons from the banking institutions, national security and policing forces; lawyers, economists; domestic and international energy experts.
